Watch out what you eat!We can eat anything but in a moderate portion.Take a lots of fruits,salad and vegetables.
Exercise!We have to do exercises like go jogging for 30 minutes,or just walk for 20 minutes a day also can.
Any exercises that you do will help to improve your health and maintain a healthy lifestyles.
But nowadays,everybody busy working and don't have time to do exercises.They have a limited time to do a benefit that give profit without put the capital.That does not mean you cannot do a simple one like take stairs instead of take lift.There are also a lots of people smoking whether it's a man or woman.Are you a smoker?
If you are the one,please stop smoking.It's not good for our health as we will have problem later on.
A lots of people also having diabetes,hypertension,migrain etc.Due to this they are many people being on medication like my dad and my mom.My dad got this diabetes for so long already but now take the insulin because the diabetes get worst.So everyday he will take the injection.My mom got hypertension.She take medicine everyday without miss.
Are you going to be like them?My answer NO!Of course i don't want to be like them.Take medicine everyday.Who wants and likes to take medicine everyday?
